Oasis Foundation
Oasis Foundation is a charitable association which aims to support the development of those engaged in positive social change towards building regenerative relationships between people and the planet.
As one key partner in Oasis Social Change, Oasis Foundation supports practitioners and leaders of emergent social change initiatives, primarily through one-to-one support, peer-based learning and by offering sponsored approaches to learning and organisational development.
We are grateful for the in-kind and financial support we receive from Oasis Human Relations, its Associates and other funders, and the Oasis Foundation’s ability to have a global reach through our extensive network of partnerships.
Our 5 areas of work
We focus on Five interconnected areas that together help change take root:
Oasis Foundation convenes and facilitates generative spaces where people, communities and organisations can pause, reflect and connect more deeply. These spaces nurture new and deeper relationships with ourselves, one another and the wider living world, while remaining open to unexpected inspiration from the unseen. Here, the seeds of social and environmental justice, human dignity, and on-going change can be noticed, take root, be supported and can ripple outwards and inwards.

Oasis Foundation takes a whole-person, whole-system approach to supporting people engaged in social change. We seek to cultivate the alignment of head, heart and soul within the wider social and ecological systems we inhabit. Our work helps sustain the clarity, compassion and courage needed to lead with purpose in an increasingly complex and uncertain world.

Our organisation operates as a partner in the strengthening of organisations’ culture, leadership, strategy, and capacity – enhancing the sustainability and impact of social change work while remaining rooted in their values. Working alongside leaders and teams, we help to align organisations’ purpose, structure and relationships - developing capacity for learning and resilience across the system.
